The only tuner I can seem to find for the 6.4 liter Hemi is the Edge Pulsar Inline Tuning Module and Insight CTS3 Monitor Combo, does anyone have any experience with this tuner ?
 
Those inline tuners are kinda meh. And I don't think anyone is unlocking the ECU's on 2019+ 6.4's. At least I haven't seen anything available. The notable Hemi tuners like Hemifever and Jay Greene don't offer tuning on 2019+ either. Which is telling.

I've heard mixed reviews on the Pulsar. From it doing very little to it throwing codes and putting the truck in limp mode. YMMV.

2019+ HD Hemi PCMs can be unlocked. I have an unlocked 21 PCM sitting on my bench, and an unlocked 22 installed in my 2017 truck. I use HP Tuners. I don’t do any tuning with it, but I used HP Tuners to suppress some faults when I was trying a few things out installing the 8HP trans in my truck. HP Tuners is just a platform, so you can either tune yourself, or find someone that will do it for you.
