4900 miles and tire wear!

Ya the worst part is a lot of 43 is only about 12 years old when they finished twinning. Many miles are through muskeg but still, terrible construction
Rumour had it that myriad road construction crews were migrating fm SK to AB about 20 yrs ago. 20 yrs ago or more, you could feel the instance you crossed the AB/SK border heading east. These days, it's the opposite. :(

Ya in Alberta all the resources are focused on twinning the hi-way to fort Mac just to have our federal government try their best to shut the place down

Truck is at the dealer at the moment. Service writer claims outside tire wear is normal on heavy duty trucks. I called his ******** and requested that it be put on the rack and than I wanted the before and after printouts

Most dealers are unwilling to stray from factory specs. As long as they run the toe-in that the book calls for you will have feathering/edge wear.

Well the other issue is the steering wheel being off center and at the 1 o’clock position

A couple of minutes and a couple of wrenches and you will get it straighter than the dealer ever will. It is super touchy on the 2019, I had to keep the two wrenches in my truck, drive it for a few, get under and adjust it a little bit, drive it again and adjust again until you get it just right. I found that if you get it dead straight while parked, you will likely find it crooked after driving it a bit, that’s why I had to fine tune it over a couple of drives. The adjustment bolt torque on the drag link is 40 ft.lb I believe.

Hi @MobyDick - If it would be of interest, I would be more than happy to escalate a case on your behalf to a specialist who can work alongside your dealer while your truck is in service. Our team is just a private message away to start the process.

Factory tires suck. The ones they make for the manufactures are like the clothes you buy in outlet malls . Same label but made differently.
