4500/5500 Cummins w Aisin, vs 2500 Cummins, are the motors the same?

Tried searching.

The non HO 2500/3500 Cummins motor, and the Cab & Chassis motors are close, but not the same HP and Torque. I’ve read that the way C&C trucks and Passenger trucks are rated on a Dyno are different. Just wondering if they are actually the same motor, and if the stock tune is the same.

I do recognize that the C&C gets the heavier duty transmission and that might make a difference.

The C&C motors are de-tuned from the factory but I'm pretty sure it's the same basic motor, I do believe there are a few slight differences in the whole package though (exhaust system etc). Stock tune would not be the same.
