Just received an email from [email protected] saying I have 4 PREPAID Oil Changes remaining. This is something I didn't even know about. Anyone been able to get the parts and do it themselves? I would rather do this for maximum COVID precautions...plus i dont' trust them to do it correctly.

Did you qualify for the National Association of Realtors rebates when you bought your truck?

We did and we got a 2 year service contract and I’m pretty sure it was only good for 4 oil changes...

If you are taking maximum covid precautions - just do it yourself. Order the stuff you need and do it in your own garage.
They don't put their top techs on oil changes. My last truck came with free oil changes for two years. I decided to do it to save some money. I stopped after 2 changes when I realized that they were not removing my skid plates or using any kind of funnel prior to letting the oil drain out. They just let the oil drain all over my skid plates. I have always done my own maintenance, but decided to cheap out and let them do it. I won't ever do that again. Do it yourself - then you know it is done right.

So I had a free oil change coming from the dealer I purchased mine at. I left two messages with the service advisor about the recall. No reply. Screw them! I ordered the Filters from Geno's Garage and Rotella from Amazon. I get top quality oil and filter done right! I don't want the dealership pumping bulk 5w/30 in my CTD. Fortunately I was one of the affore mentioned NoN Top Techs that did oil changes for a living. So its nothing for me to bang out another one.

Same here. I lease a Toyota for the wife and it included 2 years of maintenance as well. Oil over filled every time, good thing they did the last time cause they forgot to install the drain plug gaskets and lost 1/2 quart in 3 days; hence my willingness to change it myself.
