I have a 2013 2500 currently with a Carli 3" kit on it and just ordered a new 3500. Was on the phone with Carli talking parts for the 2022 and they mentioned the 19+ trucks are about 1" shorter in height than the older trucks. The Ram literature agrees with this on some models, but not all. Additionally the new trucks come with taller tires than the last gen, so that makes the new ones 2-2.5" shorter, suspension wise. The current truck is a bit too tall for my Gooseneck and 5th wheel, so trying to keep the new one a little shorter.

This seems like a huge difference to me as the last gen really wasn't that tall. Anyone seen the 4th and 4.5 gen next to each other, or have measured, and can confirm?

Personally I wouldn't lift anything that would be pulling a 5th wheel or gooseneck but thats just me.

While the trucks look great IMO I have been known to complain about how tall it are while trying to work on, work out of, or wash it.... I'm 6'1

I don't have any issues towing with something with a mild lift. I know after having what I have that I don't want the new one as tall.
So just trying to determine if the 19+ trucks are actually shorter or not.
