Just pondering... it appears AAM / Ram makes 4.44 gears for the 9.25 and 11.5 (3500).
AAM notes: “The 11.5" gear sets for the 2500 are not interchangeable with the 11.5" gears for the 3500. The pinion gear, pinion bearing and tail bearing diameters are different.”
However, Yukon Gear shows the Power Wagon uses the same pinion bearing / ring gear parts as a 3500.
AAM 4.44 Rear: 40116812
AAM 4.44 Front: D925444GS

My 2019 drives fine with the stock 4.10s and 35s, but I can’t help but ponder the idea of an OEM+ upgrade. And the cost in parts is much lower than Yukon 4.56’s

So I did this swap on my 2014 regular 2500. Everything works as a direct swap, except the rear pinion bearings. They need to be special ordered because the diameter is different on the new gearset.

I’ll follow with my own research on the matter.
Per Yukon gear, the 2019s use a different rear diff carrier, axles, and rear pinion diameter than 2018 earlier models. Rear ring and pinion sets are not interchangeable.
