3.73 to 4.10

Can someone direct me or tell me who sales 4.10 ring and pinion sets for a 2021 Tradesman 4x4 6.4l Hemi. I have had two transmission shops tell me they dont offer it. I had the parts mopar dealer tell me he thinks he has the right part number for a 11.5d 4.10 but i need to do some research bc there are no returns.
I dont understand how the owners manual can say 3.73 or 4.10 on towing capabilities but they dont offer it. He said every truck is different. For the life of me i just dont understand why I can not find them.
