Just popped these on today to replace the stock Terribleforce tires. I spent hours on here looking at, and thinking about, options including staying with stock size, going to 35x12.50s, or 295/65/20s. I wanted something to fill out the wheel wells more, but didn't want to add width as I'm sticking with stock wheels and no level kit for now. In the end, I went the conservative route and did the 285/65/20 Geolander A/T G015. Though they aren't all that much larger than stock, they definitely fill out the wheel well more and the visual difference when parked next to a stock size is very noticable. Tire wise, I wanted a tire that will do well in the snow (3 peaks M+S), be relatively quiet still on the highway and handle very mild off-roading (forest service roads). I spend most of my time on normal roads/highways, tow a gooseneck horse trailer every now and then (have a 3500 DRW for big towing duty), and being in CO, do have snow to contend with, so I wanted a versitle tire but nothing super aggressive. At about $315/tire, figured I'd give these a shot. Had an older version on a '16 Ram years ago and was happy with them. These do produce a little more noise on smooth pavement, but on poor surfaces I don't notice any additional noise - sort of the opposite of what I expected. I have noticed that they do pick up lots of little rocks (I live on a dirt road). I'll keep you posted on thoughts as I get more time with them and get them in the snow. I figure no matter what, they will be a massive upgrade over the stock tires so I can't really go wrong in that regard. I may eventually opt for a level and perhaps 295/65s, but happy with the change for now.
