I am looking at getting the rough country 31004 adjustable track bar. The description says it fits 2014-2020 Ram 2500. It does not mention 3500. Is the track bar and mounting bolt sizes the same between 2500 and 3500? Thanks

Yes. Go Thuren or Carli.

Thanks, I had the Carli on my last truck, they are bomb-proof, but I like the idea of being able to adjust this without having to remove it. As long as it is equivalent or better than stock strength I’ll be happy.

I have the adjustable Carli track bar on my '19 3500. Works like a champ!

I put the rough country bars on front and back. they're beefy.
Just installed the rough country, it is so awesome to be able to adjust the track bar without taking it off. The factory torqued the snot out of those track bar bolts though, my breaker bar looked like it was about to snap getting those off. Gotta say, I like it better than the Carli I put on my last truck.

Why do you need to adjust the track bar after the first install? Are you changing the ride height that often? If you change coils you need to remove it again anyway.

You’re right about the factory torque though. And make sure to torque them again a couple of times after the install. Those bolts have a habit of settling in for a while after install.

Cause once you install it, if you didn’t get the length just right the first time you gotta take it off to adjust it a little more, now it takes no effort to lengthen or shorten it just a hair to see how it settles.
