2500 ram diesel idle problems

2022 Dodge Ram 2500 is a bearcat to drive thru a parking lot!
So I took my truck to the dealer about my idle issue 8000 miles on it wrote down what was going on with the truck.
It has no feather from idle to off idle it surgres between 5&7 mph the rpm flares to about 1200 rpm long story longer, service manager said that they drove 2 more trucks same year make and model and they did the same thing however there is not a fix in the star part of the factories program, so I'm thinking we are sol. Which I think is BS. What say you guys? Any factories on here?

Hi guys, so I took my ram 2500 diesel to the dealer in grand junction co. About my idle problems, we couldn't duplicate the problem at that time, but the tech there didn't give up! They found a pcm update and did a trans relearn, now it drives like the truck I bought, at least for now.
So thanks to all that have responded to this thread and thanks to GJ Ram, hats off to there service Dept! I had taken it to other dealers with no luck.
