Has anyone heard about a 2500 limited night edition coming straight from the factory. I do like the look of the Laramie night edition, but I really want the limited. Modding the truck day 1 is kind of risky especially if something starts breaking during the first year of ownership. However, if RAM never plans on putting out a night edition for the limited I don't mind getting all the parts and switching them out later.

Thanks in advance

I haven't, but I would be very interested in it, especially if they adopted the new 1500 cab.

If it happens it won't be this year model. And with everything going on now, don't expect any mid year special editions. They will be too busy trying to get rolling again.

Sent a text to my local dealer here in Albuquerque, NM. From the way he text me it sounded like a drug deal, (meet up on the side street at the dealership, drive around and the drop off the truck when I'm done) LOL. He said they could add the night edition package onto the limited Mega cab for me. I wonder if this is a tactic to get me down there to buy.

No limited Night Edition in the dealer order menu that I see. And FCA would definitely announce it as it would be a fairly big deal to some customers. You can get the body color bumpers but you still have all the rest of that gaudy chrome all over it.

Just change out all the chrome badges like I did. I do have a silver Tradesman with black bumpers which goes well with the theme along with black fender flares running on matte black Method 305 NV HD rims. Only things not "night edition" are the lights which I can live with. Pic attached, sorry it was a foggy day when I took the photo.

Not everyone is enamored of this everything blacked out craze. Bad enough that dealers seem to only want to stock black interiors, now it's also the whole exterior that needs to be black. Let a little color into your lives! And yes, chrome looks great!!!

They have it for 2500/3500 you can add it on. Even on their website. Not available on longhorn edition

You guys are replying to an old post that was made in April before the Limited Night Edition was announced over the summer.

Also the member hasn't been seen since Nov.

You know... the more I look at it the more I like it. While nothing over the top, the small things that you did gives your Tradesman a lot of character. Other than the running boards, wheels and tires it looks like a factory set up.
There are a lot of blacked out Big Horn's and Laramie's running around . It's nice to see a Tradesman mixing it up with them.

Thanks, I was actually looking for a 1500 at the time as I only tow a boat and occasionally a trailer. The caveat is I need six seats with the wife, 2 boys and often the in-laws. Could't find a 1500 Laramie or above in a 1500 or 2500 with 6 seats so went with the Tradesman. I did a level 2, tow package and electronics upgrade which I was fine with. All else I figured I'd add what I want. The worst part is adding upgrades after purchase is how long it takes to ship from dealer or other. I just ordered a Diamonback HD bed cover and won't be here until March!!!

Also, completely blacked out trucks are beautiful. For about 10 minutes after you leave the carwash.
