'25 DEF tank size

Wow - ( - 10 C ) isn't even very cold. In MN the women would not even be wearing a jacket to go out.

While it took a while to dial in programming when DEF was first released, and again a few times after that, the system works pretty good with solid blocks of DEF. I’ve had the truck cold soaked in temps below -10°C for days and once the ambient temp warmed up above -10°C the DEF heater quickly warmed the DEF up and began using it again.

I went far more than an hour of operation with frozen DEF.

To me this is all good to hear, well maybe not the frozen def tank so much but even that was explained away and the part about "fear of developing a salt lick of solidified solute inside your tank seems unreasonable." Which was my concern. Thanks.

You cant go by the gauge for comparison because its not the same size tank and the level sensor may not read the same.
The sensor may not be accurate thats true, but I still should be able to compare the two trucks based on miles driven and tank size. 5.5 gallon vs. 7.5. The only assumption is DEF gauge is equally accurate on both trucks.
