Just traded in my 22 Raptor and made the switch back to Ram. Picked up a Patriot blue 23 2500 Megacab Limited with the Indigo/frost interior and love it. The one thing I don't love is it feels like my ventilated seats aren't working at all even though I can hear the blowers. My 21's seats worked great. Does anyone know if there was a change made for 23? Or is anyone experiencing the same issue?

All three of my Ram's ventilated seats kind of sucked. At least in comparison to other vehicles I've driven with them.

My 22' 3500 seemed to take a while (5+ mins) before I notice a difference, but once it got going it is great on the boys!

Checked mine out today and I would say my 2014 seemed to be a bit stronger.

Nope mine definitely blow up, I can feel it while holding my hand above the seat. My 2017 1500 did the same although it was much stronger

That would be a first, none of the vented seat rams I’ve been in have done that.

Just tested mine with my vape. They suck air.

What I also find odd is there is a filter sock on the output of the fan. Why filter the air coming out? And what's the service life of that filter? I'd imagine it's going to get clogged up with dust eventually.

The ram seats pull air into the ventilation holes; they don't blow air out.
Mine do, it makes no sense to pull air in as that would do nothing
It would clear the air quickly if you farted!!
Check again, the fan sucks air down thru the seat cushions.

This absolutely blew my mind. I'm currently in the process of adding heated and ventilated seats and would have never guessed the fans sucks air through the seat rather than blowing into the seat. Looked it up and sure enough, they suck. I'm still in denial until I actually test it myself though lol

That's just the "ducting" for the air. I guess it would probably filter slightly, but it's just to provide an air space for the ventilation air.
