22 ram 1500 8.4" uc5 non nav to 12" uc5 wiring adapters (willing to pay for work)

I have been doing a lot of research through the process of doing the swap from the 8.4" uconnect 5 NON nav to the 12" uconnect 5 radio system in my truck. Only thing that I cannot find for the life of me is the actual adapter harness/ wires that would connect my OEM trucks wires to the new receiver of the 12" uc5 radio and from the receiver to the screen itself. I heard that some people can make them and if someone one here knows how to do that please reach out to me. I am more than happy to throw money at this problem. Attached photos are of the trucks current wiring and the current radio/ receiver in the truck. Also one photo of the new 12" screen. Thanks in advance!!

My only thing is I am not sure if they have everything I need for the swap. Some show the pictures of the exact opposite of what I need, some show nothing, some show exactly what I need but don't answer the question of will I need any extra wires to connect from my trucks current wiring to the new uconnec 5 receiver for the new screen? Yes, I do see the small adapter set that goes from the new receiver to the new screen to get video and stuff but I don't see if I will need an adapter for the wires from my truck to the new module. i saw these on ebay and that helps a lot. but will I need any additonal wiring? What will connect to the2 small connections wifi/bluetooth ant from my truck? alone with the long black connection. None of the wires from my truck look like they will plug into any of those 3 spots.

Sorry man, you are already way beyond my scope of knowledge on this stuff. Looks like you are close though. Keep us in the loop if you do figure it out so it might help others here on the forum.

trust me when I get it all figured out and installed I am going to be doing a full video and breakdown thread of the install and process and start a FAQ thread for anyone who needs help. I am ordering the new receiver today and should have everything I need to get it done. We will see how it all goes. I am in the midst of installing a full ambient lighting kit, a headliner starlight kit and some other upgrades. I just finished doing a jump seat to center console swap on it too. This is one of the last upgrades before wheels and then going really deep into it with exhaust and other stuff like that. Hopefully it all goes well

Are you doing this on a current HD truck or a 1500.
