2026 RAM HD Builds and Orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here!

Mine, 2026 Laramie MegaCab, was ordered 11/20 and listed as shipped on 12/20. Tracker showed delivery as TBD until 2/1 when it listed as 3/2. On 2/13, dealer called to say it was coming off the transporter. No idea where it was between 12/20 and 2/13.

Shipped 2/3 and sitting in Port Altamira since. Looks like its coming via boat to Baltimore then local dealer. No ETA. Oh joy. This could take a while.

Is the 7.2 confirmed for 27 or still tbd ?
I have no idea. What I do know is the current 6.7 with the ZF is the best thing I’ve ever driven and I’ve owned and driven a lot of chit.

However, Cummins said the production of the B7.2 starts next year here in the US. That would mean it would go in the 2028 model. They won’t build engines to have the sitting on the shelves. It also said it’s for “Medium Duty” which is what these trucks are.

Now that I’m sitting here thinking about it, I might as well wait a little longer.

From what I can remember is the B7.2 is for commercial, medium-duty and vocational applications only. it will provide 650-1000 lb ft of torque. It might make it into pick-up trucks but I drought it.

Just ordered yesterday through Mark Dodge thanks to the recommendations on this forum. 11% off MSRP, my local dealer I've gotten my last 6 vehicles from look at the deal and told me he wished me luck. 2500 Limited 4x4 crew cab 6'4" bed, Hemi, ceramic gray night edition. Pretty much every option available w/ the gasser: Clearance lamps, aux switches, onboard power, sunroof, 4.10 gears, tow-mode wired camera, VSIM, off-road package, ram box delete. Never really wanted a truck per se, but the inevitable upgrade to our next larger travel trailer makes this a necessity. I was told 2 - 4 months - I really, really hope it's more in line with 3 months, as my current lease has to go back 6/1. Now for the waiting game!

I too ordered through Mark Dodge. Great experience and price. Thanks to all of the forums. Been meaning to post the details. I ordered on January 8th. Scheduled on January 9th and in production on January 23rd. Received an estimated delivery date of April 9th. However it was built on January 30th and the delivery date changed to TBD. Dealer so saw TBD across the board. About a week later on February 7th I saw an estimated deliver my date of Feb 20th but still TBD on shipping. Then estimated delivery date shifted to March 2nd just yesterday Feb. 16th. Shipping was still TBD. To my surprise today, Feb 17th at 2:45pm EST my sales person at Mark Dodge informed me that my truck had arrived. . Completed all paperwork remotely in about 30 minutes. I pick it up this Friday. I’ll be flying in from Georgia. Said all that to say… Hold out hope and don’t trust the tracker. It’s about 5 days behind actual dates and you may get get a ship date!! lol. Just under 6 weeks from order to delivery.

Mega Cab, 4X4, limited, forged blue with all the options.
