I get it, dealers get a good order guide. But why not fix the website where everyone can conveniently build a truck? Why have to call Mark Dodge to find out what is really going on?
Try this one insteadI don't know if it applies to the 2026s or just the 2025s, but take a look at this thread.
On the first page, there are links to some pretty detailed configurations and options.
At least for the 25s, it was the most updated information I could ever find.
Hear Ye Hear Ye! ((((EDITED 1/8/25))))
Late this afternoon we got the order guides for the 2025 HD Ram lineup!
CODE GUIDES Are what drives the content, price protection, etc. However, not everything in the code guide on day one will actually be able to order on day one. Some times things are delayed, and some times the code guide has items that never happen through an entire model year. For example 2024 code guide had some entire configs that never opened (Bed/Cab/Engine combos) or in the 1500s there were some colors that took 9 months to open. Will try to update these as they...

What was the question on the tonneau? I’m also waiting on my 2026 and am hunting tonneaus. I googled locking and the mopar one said it locks… I’m debating between the mopar one or another backflip like I had on my 2019I contacted dealer this morning about a question about a Tonneau cover and they are still looking into it. But they also said in the email that my truck is built even though my records have not stated it was completed for the build end of it. Just that it was in production. So exactly 25 days from the order till being built for my 2026 Limited Longhorn. Now we shall see when it ships and to the dealer.
Well I was looking for a cover that tri folds and also fits the truck with Cargo boxes. And dealer said late availability. So he said nothing to order yet. It maybe yours with full bed and NOT the Cargo Boxes would be easier to get from Mopar. I did find one on real truck but waiting yet for when they will deliver the truck yet. What was the question on the tonneau? I’m also waiting on my 2026 and am hunting tonneaus. I’ve got a different truck, but mine was ready for final inspection on the 24th… still no window sticker either. I’m at status “I”.Order tracker says June 30th 2500 limited mega order is now built. No window sticker available yet and estimated delivery still shows TBD.
What’s your plans for the chassis?Built,

Now let see if Anthony at MD observation that orders that drop ship to up fitters tend to be a bit quicker than dealers pans out.

In the paperwork for my 26 order, there was a sheet that specifically called out the 10yr/100K warranty. Seems like it's an incentive from Ram and maybe not a long-term change?Looking at the window sticker on my 2026 2500 order it says 5 year/ 100k power train warranty. Didn’t Ram announce a 10 year/ 100k warranty for 2026MY?
I cannot for the best of me understand how out of touch Ram is on communication, I wonder if Ford and GMC are as bad, I can't imagine being any worse. So I ordered my 2500 in April, it was built May 20th and my updates never changed after being built. Yesterday after a call, was instucted to send email for info. This morning I received a reply stating my truck had been delivered to my dealer. I called the dealer my plates have been for a while but no truck. He searched the lot and all incoming deliveries, no truck. I call the 800 number again, after 15 minutes on hold, I was told my truck had been damaged in a storm and would not be delivered. From what I know the storm happened down there on May 21st. So for 12 weeks no one could contact me to let me know? And had I not started making calls, when we're they going to let me know?
Wow! Ram and your dealer really showed they don’t give a ****! Not a good way to treat a customer for sure. What are going to do?So I ordered my 2500 in April, it was built May 20th and my updates never changed after being built. Yesterday after a call, was instucted to send email for info. Probably a good idea to get it in writing somewhere about the "10 year". I'm hoping getting my window sticker soon. How longLooking at the window sticker on my 2026 2500 order it says 5 year/ 100k power train warranty. Didn’t Ram announce a 10 year/ 100k warranty for 2026MY?
I ordered a 2500 CC SB 6.4 on 7/2, scheduled on 7/9, in production on 7/15, built on 7/25 and shipped on 7/31. I just spoke to the dealer and it is on a train somewhere in Texas. The text I got said expected delivery 8/26. The dealers computer says 8/16 to 8/26. It has to go to Denver and then will be unloaded and put on a truck to Grand Junction, CO. He says I should have it by the end of the month. That sounds pretty good to me.
Now I need to start searching for a transfer tank of 30, 40 or 50 gallons.

Totally unacceptable from Ram. I would be fuming for sure. Think you'll find another Ram or go find another brand just out spite? I wouldn't blame you if you did. There had to be hundreds of trucks that had this happen and we have only heard a small amount on this forum at least that have gotten that kind of news.So I ordered my 2500 in April, it was built May 20th and my updates never changed after being built.
