Nice of them to put up the new configurator so quickly.

Some interesting things on the configurator...

-Maybe it's early, but you can order the 3500 and 2500 Limited Crew Cab with a V8.
-If you go megacab, you only get the diesel for the limited.
-You can also increase the GVWR to 10190... which is nice to increase the payload.
-Looks like you are forced into a Rambox for 6'4 beds... which I HATE. Especially for people who want to put on campers, bed racks etc.
-The Rebel and Power Wagon do not have the Ramboxes

I wonder if it's just early and they haven't fully gotten the configurator right yet, so I'm hoping some of these quirks are not set in stone.

Seems like the 3500 configurator is half working as of now, you can at least see options and pricing. I'm disappointed in the 3.42 axle ratio for the diesel, they actually lost towing capacity compared to last year, probably because of that. The small payload increase in the 2500's is probably to offset the extra transmission weight of the ZF compared to the 68rfe, I'm sure they still have bad payload ratings

Really interesting is that it says the Hemi lost 5 HP, down to 405.

Not sure I'm liking the new front end grille ... I do like all trim levels including Tradesman now have LED headlights and adaptive cruise control standard.

Am I the only one who has a buggy configurator. Even before the launch, 2024 configurators would sometimes never load the picture. 2025 configurator never works cleanly. Everytime I add an option/package... I hope the picture doesn't give me the three dot loading icon.

It's not just you. As is standard every year, the configurator is hot garbage.

How hard can it be? I’m sure someone who works on this is reading this and seething and calling me names. But other configurators work without issue. Man if I didn’t like RAM trucks so much this would have annoyed the Ford into me.
