Truck has been out of service for a month today! FCA Customer Care has not responded other than to gather initial information. Ram sent a new part that arrived last Monday only for that part to be defective too! Can’t make this stuff up!!! Hard to believe that someone would not test that part before sending across 3 countries. Hard to believe this is the vision that Tim Kuniski has for Ram trucks coming from SRT background. Lost revenue and addition expenses is equal to 1/3 the value of this truck as it sits out behind dealership during the most aggressive depreciation period of it existence

I can't imagine how frustrated you are with this.

The modern systems of "ramcares" and online complaint forms etc. are ok and how the modern world works, but at some point a live human has to call you and get directly involved. Stuff like this CAN get solved if there is the support there to solve it. And I don't blame the dealers in most cases, they have to follow the system too if they want their expenses to be reimbursed by Ram.

Dealers hands are tied, they can’t even order parts without approval

Judging by what I’m finding and reading is that Ram has a serious quality control problem with suppliers. Combined with an over complicated design with everything having a module. Great for repair speed if replacement part is viable

Yes no doubt, suppliers often produce parts for all brands.
Agree 100%. I feel bad for the younger crowd who haven't been around the block that jump brands because they have issue(s) and think the grass is greener on the other side only to learn its the same crap different logo. There are outliers who legitimately have major issues but those are a very low percentage. I've learned to just buy what fit your needs and lifestyle, and enjoy life.

RamCares does not handle issues in Canada as I expected. 40 Days and still no resolution

Are lemon law’s existent in Canada?
I also wouldn’t say it’s a lemon! This is clearly a failure of Ram trucks in parts management and quality control. As well as FCA Canada customer service. The dealership has been the only source of up to date information concerning my truck.

It certainly is a customer service failure. They need to put a human from "above" the dealership on your case and get it solved.

Well I do have a person assigned to my case, however the correspondence is very lacking. I’ve maintained my professionalism but voice my frustration as this is my work truck. It would have been cheaper to keep my 2020

What is the actual problem? Maybe I missed it…..
