Normally it about 24 hours or so to get everything back. I’d wait at least that long. If that doesn’t work and if you haven’t tried it yet, you can try a soft and or a hard reset on your radio head unit.
Soft reset= hold the two knobs in at the same time until it resets.
Hard reset = it’s in the settings of the radio. Easy to find.
Exact same problem with mine. Truck was delivered 28 June, drove it twice and played around with the options. Offroad pages showed a few gauges similar to my sones jeep wrangler. Went on a 9 day trip, truck stayed home not driven. First time back home drove truck and offroad pages were unresponsive. Only the Vehicle and Apps tabs at bottom of screen turn blue when you touch the offroad icon. tried tons of different configs, like turning on and off trailer hieght and bed lowering modes, lane assist, forward collision assist, 4wd on and off. Still no luck. Please post back if you have any success.
Searched google. found some info suggesting that a lot vehicles with this most recent version of UConnect lost their offroad pages. apparently, they get a version of UConnect loaded at factory, then an update pushes at some point. The last update apparently disabled the offroad pages. I have found no info on this being inadvertent or planned. Either way a reset to factory default might only solve the problem temporarily as the update may install overnight after a few days. If I can find version info on this update I will post it here. Hope this helps.
