2024 ram 3500 68rfe wont shift into 4th after service

I have a 2024 ram 3500 4x4 with the 68rfe transmission. I preformed a transmission service and replace the trans pan with an ats deep transmission pan. I installed all parts in the kit and now the transmission functions flawlessly from 1st gear to 3rd gear. When the truck trys to go into 4th gear I get p0734 4th gear ratio incorrect and p0933 pressure control solenoid b preformance or electrical issue. Does anyone have any advise or ideas on what to do

Probably a dumb question, but are you sure the fluid level is correct, and was checked properly?
