My truck will not take OTA updates. I am trying to find if anyone has a 2024 Laramie 2500 with the 12" Nav screen that has an infotainment system with a newer version than this. I have subscriptions for connected services subscription. I have contacted RAM Connected Services, and brought it to the deraler, and they are telling me there is no update, which is hard to believe. I have connection issues with Car Play both wireless and hardwired, and no maps will update, even though they say that is how it should update. I have the link to manually update the maps, but I should not have to do that, OTA is a feature I paid for.
