Has anyone installed the amp power steps on a 2024 ram 3500 mega cab withe rear air assist? Amp's instructions state you need the relocation bracket for the air tank, however they don't have one for the 2024 mega cab. Is the bracket needed? Any info would be great.

Any luck on finding this part? I have a 2024 3500 Mega Cab and haven’t been able to find this.

Amp still has not released the bracket yet, and don't know when they will. Carli suspension has a relocation kit to move the tank to the spare tire location. You lose your spare tire though.

I have OE deployable steps on mega cab with air. I thought amp made rams steps

Amp does not make the OEM steps. There are several significant differences between them.

I’d like to find an answer on this, too. I’m ton the same situation and the shop I bought the parts from is stumped as well. AMP wasn’t any help, all they said was they don’t cure fly have anything to solve the problem.

I saw another thread on here where a couple guys were able to make the older bracket work, but there wasn’t much detail at all.

I just installed amp steps on my crew cab and AMP said i needed the relocation bracket. I couldnt get it and was just going to make my own. I put the steps on and was going to see how much i needed to move the tank but I have about 1/2in between the steps and the tank. I have no idea why they think that the tank needs to be relocated.
