2024 3500 Limited without tow mode bumper connector or harness (Coaxial)

Hello all,

I just took delivery of my 2024 3500 Limited Mega Cab 6.7L this past Wednesday.
Ordered with (relevant codes listed here):

• AVS - Trailer Technology Group
• AD2 - Snow Chief Group
• A69 - Limited Level 1 Group
  • GRG/GNQ - DRVM
• XH7 - Tow-mode wired camera
• XN1 - Trailer Surround View Camera System

The XN1 and XH7 trailer side kits and cameras shipped loose in the back seat.

The 12 pin connecter and harness on bumper was installed from factory.

The coaxial connector and harness were not installed from factory nor supplied loose. The bumper just has the blank cover plate.

When ordering there were no other possible options to include, truck is 'fully loaded'.

Is the missing coaxial bumper connector and truck side harness to cab to be expected? or did something go wrong with the build?

Not sure about your specific order codes but it's quite possible something went wrong with build. When I ordered my 2019 3500 LTD, I ordered it with a 5er and a GN packages (the 5 holes in the box) and received without. Dealer admitted there was a f-up and fixed it at their expense.
