2023 - songs will not start from beginning and no rewind!

This started happening a week or 2 ago. Someone on reddit mentioned having the truck in ACC mode and then disconnecting the harness behind the radio and plugging it back in.

The ability for the radio to start at the beginning of the song, and also being able to rewind several songs backwards is a big deal to me.

Anyone else have this issue?

Update:

I disconnected the negative cable on both batteries and reconnected after about an hour. Didn't fix the problem. I don't get it.
