Looking for anyone or suggestion to navigate this issue. Purchase my truck less than two-three months ago. Transmission took a dive at 1600 miles and needs to be replace. Issues: failed to accelerate and would not shift gear under 50 miles and a rattle noise. Dealer has no idea as to why this happened. UConnect problems, gives a code stating there is an error to connect and disconnect itself and connects again a few seconds later or I have to connect again. They have no idea other than it is a connect problem.
Has anyone have encountered this problems? If so, what did they do to resolve this problem? I am close to contacting FCA for a lemon vehicle claim.
I have been driving Dodge/Ram my entire adulthood and never had problems like this.
