2023 ram 2500 limited with 8.4 screen

My friend has been looking around for a 23 ram 2500 limited. We have seen some limited trim trucks that didn't have the 12" screen but pretty much every other option available. Any idea why they're getting the 8.4 screen? Prior to the 2023s weve never seen a limited without the 12"

It’s simply because they’ve decided to make the 8.4” screen standard equipment on the limiteds, instead of the 12” screen, for 2023.

In 2023 you need to have Level 1 or Level A for the 12" radio.

Hilarious....when I ordered my 22 I wanted a limited but absolutely did not want the 12" screen....they refused to put an 8.4 nav in mine so I had to get a Laramie because night edition was the other must....
