2022 vs 2023 Torque Overlay Steering Gear

I bought a flooded truck and it is being fixed in the shop. The most of the problems were resolved, but one of the big remaining one is the electricl part of steering gear. The truck is 2023 RAM 2500 Limited. The part number for the whole assembly is 68534021AC, but it is on backorder and I can't find anything on ebay either. I found this part of marketplace 68403512AD, but it looks like it is for the model years from 2020 to 2022. The questions I have are following:

1. Can I use 68403512AD instead of 68534021AC on my 2023 truck? I actually do not need whole part, just electrical part.
2. Does anyone know if the electrical part of torque overlay steering gear is sold separately? If yes, I would appreciate if someone shared a part number.

When I check the two PNs they look identical on MOPAR site, but it doesn't mean they are the same.
