While browsing on here the other day I stumbled upon an air suspension discussion that on a 2024 the system will adjust on the fly while driving. I thought, mine doesn't do that what the heck. I went back and looked at all the post '22 user manuals and in '23 the description changed. The '22 says "The system requires that the ignition be in the ON/RUN position or the engine running with zero vehicle speed for all user requested changes and load leveling". Key words and load leveling. The '23+ is "The system requires that the ignition be in the ON/RUN position or the engine running". Then both versions go on to tell you how they automatically adjust to maintain the rear ride height as conditions change. True but apparently in different ways.

Wondering if there is a way to change the 22 to do it on the fly? In my case, any long towing I do is from central FL to north AL or TN. It is not uncommon for me to leave AL or TN on a crisp cool morning at altitude (relative to FL of course) and make it a full tank of fuel before I have to stop and fill up and bathroom break. In that time the air suspension has risen at least an inch maybe more. Less fuel weight, significant change in air temp traveling south. As soon as I jump out of the truck it drops back down to Alt Ride Height. Not very automatic adjust as conditions change. Also notice this if traffic stops on the interstate, all the sudden back end drops down. You 23+ guys experience this or does it adjust on the fly while driving?

On my 23, I don't really notice it changing while driving but I'm not sure my weight is shifting enough to cause it. I have changed to Alt while driving (because I forgot when hooking up) and it does change while rolling.

I haven't notice any difference while driving either, even with the trailer attached. Like said above, I know switching to "Alt " while moving works as I've also forgotten to change while hooking up the trailer.

I've never noticed the ride height changing on my '22, even on long stretches while towing. But maybe I just don't pay attention to it. Seems to me like the truck handles it well without my intervention. I almost always tow in normal mode.
