recently did a ecm swap and delete, drove the truck with the “donor” ecm with a stock tune to make sure no issues, then deleted. After that i drove the truck for 3 days over 80miles each day with no issues, but when the fuel gauge dipped under 100 dte the engine light came on,
checked with alphaobd and bcm is set with the oem 50g (189liters)
Topped off with fuel, but the code still comes back after i clear it the next time i cycle the ignition, didn't see any loose connections
anyone else have this issue before? The dte and fuel gauge still work and seem on par far as mileage and tank level
