2022 power wagon 37 tire advise

the kanati atx so far, is an awesome tire. I think it's the only 12 ply steel carcass 37 on the market.

Super helpful. How are you liking your MT Baja Boss M/Ts? The Baja Boss A/Ts are the front runner for me right now as I weigh the options against BFG KO2s, WildPeaks etc.

For context, I'm likely going to get AEV Salta wheels in 17x12.5 and looking at 37s for the Bajas. Ideally would like to deal with little rub or trimming but I'm OK if I have to make a few adjustments. Thanks.
I went from the Duratracs to 35x12.5 R17 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss on the stock rim last Friday. First thing I noticed was quieter and softer ride. I will never buy K02's again after getting stuck in mud for 9 hours. By Saturday I'd already taken the Baja Boss's to the lake and tested in the sand and did not get stuck like I did with the Duratracs!

I'm running AEV wheels with MT Baja Legend MTZs in 37 which are basically the same tire. Some rub near the pinch weld on both fronts with stock suspension but not enough to really bother me. Less with the Carli lift installed but did hear a very minor rub when I had it out on Sunday. I'm liking the tires also but I've only done some light off roading to this point as I just finished it up maybe 600 miles ago. Also haven't trimmed anything to this point and probably won't.

You mean 17x8.5 Salta's? (mounting a 37x12.5).

I have the beadlock-capable rims from the 75th and I rub at full lock on the radius arm and track bar. Barely. The Salta's should clear all of that, but you might experience a bit of rubbing on the wheel well liners, you should be able to take a heat gun to mold it away and it clear just fine (from what i've read).

I've got ~11,000 on the M/T's - they are okay, I wouldn't buy them again with my driving patterns. On dry pavement they easily loss grip; I've still can't get them balanced even with the centramatic's; And they are noiser now then when new; but still have a lot of tread left. I've had no issues with them with the mud and fire trails i drive.

If I could trade them in $1:$1 I'd try the Geolanders MT or ATX, or the Maxxis Razr M/Ts (I loved those on my avalanche)
Ya i meant 17x8.5 on the wheels. I'm fine with a bit of trimming on the wheel well to relieve some of the rubbing. Thanks for the feedback, sorry you aren't loving them.

My main reason for upsizing to 37s over 35s is to have plenty of volume for the ability to air down for a smoother off road ride moreso than extreme off road driving. Thoughts?

I'm also curious why you never see any mention of offset spacers in these types of threads. I have a pair that came off an older 2500 suburban that add about 5-6mm more positive (pushing tires and wheels further to the outside) offest. I must be missing something, but why wouldn't you simply use these to gain the extra clearance needed for 37's (so long as you have plenty of lug bolt length?

I'm running Kenda Klever R/T's in 37x12.5R17 on AEV Saltas. The only suspension mod I have is a Thuren Sway bar. My truck isn't even a power wagon and I get very minor rubbing on the fender liner when I take turns while hitting a bump at the same time. I'd imagine with the extra 2" your power wagon has from the factory, you'd probably rub even less if it all.
