2022 Limited 3500 Painted Flares / Moldings

Two of mine are starting to separate, these were factory installed. I can see clips and looks like some felt, not sure if there is sticky stuff too or it is just the clips that hold them in place. Clip doesn't look broke but don't want to pull it off to see and then break more.

Questions:

• Are the clips a separate part (number?) or does it come as one assembly that would seem strange if so?
• Is there any adhesive from the factory?
• Any pictures of the clips out there, if they can be replaced individually so I am knowing what to look for?

It is under warranty but seems like it should be a simple thing to deal with. I'm also in a little spot where the truck has been wrapped in XPel, so they were removed.... So the wrap people certainly could be responsible but this was 2 years ago too and those clips can fail. Don't necessarily want to get into a finger pointing thing with the dealer and them if it can be avoided, so trying to do some homework up front.
