2022 Laramie Towing Group A vs Laramie C Equipment Group?

All,
I apologize if this is not the correct place to post this, but I searched the forum and couldn't find anything specific. I'm in the process of ordering my new truck, but right before I signed the papers I noticed that from the (2021) there is no towing group A for 2022?

My question is.. Does the 2022 Laramie C equipment include the towing technology package? The dealer was under the impression that due to the chip shortage, that technology might not be available now as the "Towing Groups" aren't on the order sheet..

Level C is a skinned down Level A. They removed some things from there due to the times we’re in, the big one is power folding mirrors.
Towing technology is definitely not included in level C. It’s a group of its own.
I haven’t heard about them removing towing tech group, I did hear they removed night edition and now it’s only available on a limited.

I think I seen guys that ordered 22s sometime in May and still haven’t seen their trucks. Ram hasn’t even built them.
I ordered on 8/7 and still waiting. Not built yet and no scheduled date either. But that’s another issue.
They made these changes on the options on September 13th if I remember correctly.
