Yes, lots of second hand truck owners might need them. If it's worth your trouble, you can get some beer money.
Hell, I might still consider adding VSIM to my current truck if the 2023 doesn't have a new trans.

What would you use the VSIm for?
Probably just wig-wag lighting with an Aux switch. I don't think any wiring is really needed for that unless I added lights.
