Dang. You had me all excited for a few seconds there. LOL
I did get through. All I know is that all the parts are in for my build. No one was able to commit to anything or a start date. That’s weird that I put in an order three weeks ago and I still have no start date. We need access to a good inside guy. The dealership is worthless in fighting that battle. They already made they’re commissions
Get ready to possibly wait a while. Some have had faster builds but most are like us. Order of two trucks put in 7-8 weeks ago. All parts secured 6 weeks ago. And that is where they still sit. For six weeks now all that chat will say is all parts are in and should be built soon. Why Ram took away that VOTS site is beyond my understanding but maybe someone that has been here longer can tell us. Also from my interactions with our dealer, I would not put any blame on them. It seems they are very limited in what they can do beyond find out what you already know. Dealer does tell us that once it is built and shipped though, they can monitor its progress.

My dealership is showing an ETA of March 31 to April 13th. If it arrives at in the middle of that time frame it will be over 20 weeks since the order date.
