I have a 2021 3500 that I purchased new. The truck only has 44,700 miles on it. My problems started about 8 months ago. After parking the truck, I noticed something leaking and discovered that it was the DEF Tube from the tank to the injector. Ordered up a new Tube and put it in. Problem solved. Two months ago I drove the truck from New York to South Carolina. On the return trip the DEF light came on and I was again leaking fluid. 250 miles from home in the middle of the night and its pouring rain. I got the truck home, used over 20 gallons of DEF. Had 3 codes, all related to the DEF system. I replaced the Injector and the DEF tube again. Cleared two of the codes by have a P218F code and can't figure out how to troubleshoot it. Has anyone had problems like this.
