2021 Ram 2500 diesel looking for help!!

Hi everyone I'm new to this site looking for help with a 2021 with 6.7. I have a check engine light on, first I need a scan tool. I was planning on going to Harbor Frieght and buying Zurich ZR 15
will that read code and clear ? The next thing is I have a factory brake controller that I need to flash after installing would it work for that as well. Thanks

To "flash" any sales codes, you need AlfaOBD, a security gateway bypass cable and a good OBDII reader.

Has anyone played with AlfaOBD on their 2019 HD's yet? I'm curious if anything is accessible to "change" and if it just works. There is lots of different info out there on other forums, but i haven't found anything in regards to the 2019's. EDIT: AlfaOBD does work, here is the what is needed...

2021 ram 2500 6.7 code o2 sensor. Truck stopped regening. Almost went into Limp mode. We took it to the dealer. They did a forced regen drove it around it did a regen on its own, they cleared codes. We drove a 100 miles check engine is back on . Dealer said we have to replace rear o2 sensor its back order a 1400.00 is there anything I can do. Aftermarket , Clean, blow out with air.
