Just picked up a slightly used 2021 Hemi with 14000 miles on it. I've owned Ram 1500s before but this is my first 2500. I have questions, like what grade fuel would be best? Where can I tap power for a dash cam? Am I going to have problems using the trailer hitch reducer? and on and on. Looking forward to finding answers here.

Do some reading you will find most of your answers here, the fuel you are fine with regular 87 (also says in manual).
There is a page here about tapping in for a dash cam you can search for it at top right of page.
Hitch reducer is fine you just get more of a receiver rattle when you do not have a trailer on the hitch most of us use a 2.5” shank hitch if you tow different trailers i would recommend an adjustable drop hitch i have a curt dual ball adjustable drop hitch it is good for 20k and rather reasonable pricing

Welcome to HDRams!

Don't use the "top right" search. Use the advanced search button.

There is BAT+ power under the left side dash end panel. There is IGN power under the right side panel.

For details, you'll have to find that thread. Look for stickies in the forums as well. I have a todo to try to FAQ some (more) of that oft asked info.

Check all the sub-forums here, there's one specific to the Hemi.

The journey as half the fun of figuring this stuff out.
