The big beast started making a weird "clunk"... in the rear end. Slow speed, turns, small bumps... clunk. I actually had the wife drive it down a gravel road while I sat in the bed (her idea, smart). Clunk, clunk. No specific repeatability. Didn't make the noise jumping on the bumper.
So I crawled under the truck from front to rear. No signs of rubbing on any exhaust components, all control arm nuts look tight.. hmm..
And then I wiggled the sway bar. The stupid nut with the "hex" to hold the bolt.. loose.
Put a couple turns on it, and an Ugga-Dugga torque value. See how long it holds. Not that easy to get a good torque-ing when you have to hold it with an 8 mm wrench...
