2021 2500 AC Not Working

Ok so I am looking for some trouble shooting tips before I go part swapping.

I verified Freon and 12v at the fuse. I plan to verify power and the compressor itself later today.

Assuming the compressor is getting power, is there anyway to verify it's the compressor is bad? And is the relay supposed to deliver 12v or is it a different voltage?

Is the compressor clutch locking up?

Ya it's not engaging, ordered a new compressor

Any of the pressure switches bad? I think they can be jumped out to see if the clutch engages.

Already checked getting 14v to the compressor
