Looking at a 2020 Power Wagon with Ramboxes online. The tonneau cover companies have no data on them yet. Looking at pics, it appears the same as the 2019 which looks the same as earlier years. Does anyone know if the bed with ramboxes is the same size as the 2018 and earlier? Length should be, but width is the real question.

Went through this ordeal with the 6.4 box last summer. Turned out that prior year tonneau covers fit the 19 and by extension, the 20s. There were changes to the tailgate and bumper but the box was unchanged. I'll WAG that if it fits a 18 PW with the ram boxes, it'll fit the 20.

2019 is the same as the 18’s as others are saying, but keep in mind for most tonneau covers you will need to have the proper cargo rails installed. I just ran into this and finally had got it all handled today. My 6’-4” Rambox 3500 HD had the factory tri-fold tonneau (now selling) wanted to upgrade to the Retrax for more security since I carry a lot of tools, but didn’t realize I had to change out the cargo rails since they are different for the factory tri-fold cover. There is a slot in the top of the rail for non tri-fold that is needed to attach the Retrax slider rails and a flat “sealing surface” for the tri-fold cover to sit down and clamp to. Let me know if you want my take off tri-fold. I’ll make you a great deal.

We also tried to find out what would be the best electronic tonneau cover with RamBoxes. We finally decided to go with Retrax Powertrax Pro MX. Just got it back from LineX (also had the color match spray in bed liner installed) who installed the cover. Here are some pictures showing the RamBoxes fully open with Tonneau cover installed. Reviving this for a question. I had the Pro MX on my 1500 I just traded in and loved it. Now with a Rambox 2500 I want to use it again. But i'm questioning how far the Retrax rails protrude into the bed space? Looks like they stick out quite a bit, do they get in your way at all?

So I will admit it looks a little strange when you really pay attention to it, the top lip hangs over 3-3/4” inches. (See pictures) But no they do not interfere typically. The majority of the time my bed is full of my toolboxes and parts, the rest of the time it has my fifth wheel hitch in it. Sometimes I haul bigger items but rarely as I have a utility trailer so I do most of the bigger stuff with that. One thing I will tell you is forget about it being water tight. I had one on my Tundra that was, but on the RamBox the rear corners really don’t seal well so water does get in. For me it isn’t a huge problem, but there are times in my Florida torrential rains that it will get pretty wet in there. Also I have a pointer for you, be sure you have the bed rails you see in my picture. The kind that are designed for the adjustable tie downs. My truck had different rails as it came with a factory trifold. They don’t mention you need to have this type of rail, the ones that came on it were specific to a trifold. These were very hard to find. I have attached a screen shot of the part numbers from my order. I got them from moparpartsgiant.com. The rails also aren’t cheap ($150 each.) Would have purchased locally to support local but no one had them and they were on factory back order everywhere. Finally found that site and they had them. Feel free to reach out if you need more information. Hope all of this information is helpful to you and others..

Yeah I kinda figured they hung out there a bit. Thanks for the pics btw! My last one leaked a bit too, kinda of what you get with those but for security I haven't found anything better. Luckily I already have the silver rails on mine so at least I have that going for me lol. Thanks!
