My dealer confirmed today that the only option for installing trailer TPMS is to use after market solution.
Hard to believe. This topic has lots of interest. A great opportunity for non oem solution that would be compatible with my the Uconnect system.
Has anyone solved with oem solution on a 2020 Ram 2500?

I just went through this. The dealers are full of crap. I went through an online sight that supplied all dodge factory parts. These trucks are wired to have the factory brakes but lack the module. The kit came with everything to install the factory brakes including a security bypass switch and a programmer. It was a pain in the ass as I had to tear out the infotainment center and the speedo cluster to reach the security modules for programming. It hurt to tear apart a 2020 with 1200 miles on it. But it can be done. I now have the factory trailer brakes that read and store info in the infotainment system. It also shows the adjustment a being made in the speedo cluster. I bought the kit online from a site called infotainment.com for $400. The truck now has the factory trailer brake integrated in the dash as it would from the factory. No trips to the dealership necessary. I also bought the tow mirrors for $1600. Abit pricey but they too come with all of the programming and the necessary bypass switch. They have the blinkers, puddle lights, and a power fold in option. I hope this helps.

You probably didn't find it because you're looking (and posted) in the wrong sub forum. 2019-2020 HD trucks are considered 4.5 gen here.

(ETA: Post moved to 4.5 gen sub forum).

Thanks for the info.
