2020 Ram 2500 mirror tap / dash cam hard wiring

I had a mirror tap for my last ram and a Garmin dash cam. I kept the dash cam, and would like to install it in my new truck. Has anyone hard wired a dash cam that has the ACC?
Not sure how to remove that cover, I assume I can tap in up there.

Anyone done a dash camera install yet? Looking for the switched power to tap into. I'm thinking i'll find some in the mirror or under that massive cover on the windshield. Any tips taking that thing off so I don't snap any plastic clips?
