I'm pretty sure I bought a huge ugly lemon. My 2020 ram 2500 has been nothing but a headache and has cost me THOUSANDS in missed work. Dammit if you sell a vehicle your mechanics should know how to work on them. Tire sensor problems, front end shake, fuel pump in tank burnt up and now electrical issues. Is ANYONE else having problems.

If you browse this forum you will see that several members are having problems with brand new trucks. I’m lucky that my only problem so far was a chirping belt that sounded like a cricket. CP3 conversion next week...

My 2020 2500 cummis have the same problem with tire sensors light goes on/off. Been to dealship three time they could fit it.
HAVE TO GO BACK AGAIN

Picked up a new 3500, check engine light at 1400 miles. Dealer says fuel pump is bad with no eta for this part in “short supply”. Mine is a gas engine. Ram customer service has been worthless so far. Currently stuck in Arizona and the dealer and ram customer service don’t seem to care. I feel your pain.

My 2020 2500 w/Cummins has been rock solid. Granite metallic paint could be better tho.
Must be the most reliable color. No complaints here either yet. Can't complain about the paint since I keep covering it in mud with these new tires.
