2020 Ram 1500 tow mirrors

Just bought a 2022 1500 Big horn
Without power folding tow mirrors. Do non powered mirrors manually fold? Seem like they wont move in tho there is a seam like sepration in the arm.

They should move…. This is an HD site you may have better times on the 5thgenram.com site as its geared to 1/2 tons
