I have a 2020 2500 Limited Uconnect 4 12" Canadian truck. I recently started getting a spontaneous 'Device Not Supported' message which prompted me to look into the SW version, info below. Seems like it's still on it's original software. I've read several posts stating that update files are available somewhere on the site (or the 5th Gen site) possibly via a Google Drive link. Does anyone have a link or location where I might access these files??
