Are you looking to add aftermarket wheels and want a second set of sensors or am I misunderstanding what you're trying to do? If you're just doing aftermarket wheels - you shouldn't have to activate anything. On my truck it just picked up the new sensors after driving it for ~5 minutes. Mine came with the wheels, I'm sure they're an aftermarket brand and not from Mopar.
 
My truck doesn't have tpsm.

all vehicles have tire pressure monitoring, its a requirement from the Government. You may be talking about Trailer Tire Pressure Monitoring which there is a separate sticky thread where this is discussed in detail. Several members have added it and used Alpha OBD to enable it.
 
I was hoping I could see each tire pressure on the screen. Like I had in my previous truck
