2020 2500 Rear Seats

I was looking at my 2020 2500 Crew Cab and I noticed two straps on the rear seats. They are behind the headrests. Do the rear seat fold forward? Are the straps the way to do it? I pulled and they don't seem to do anything.

No.

The loops are for childseat straps.

You run the top strap through the loop over to the adjacent one and latch it there.

It's in the Owners manual.

If you want your seats to fold forward you have to do the rear seat mod. You can google a plethora of videos on that mod.

would have been so easy for RAM to make the seats fold forward. wished they would have done it but I suppose they would have had to spend an extra $1.50
