I recently upgraded a 2019 2500 big horn diesel from 8.4 UC4 to 12.1 UC5. I have made the necessary changes in the BCM ICS and Display and have back up camera blue screen ( Please check surroundings). Only camera on the truck currently installed is the backup camera. I swapped back to the 8.4 and reset the BCM to the original settings...backup camera worked.
The 12.1 uc5 unit came from a 2500 limited which I assume had cvpm. I am considering performing the 2500 surround view upgrade discussed in the forums. In the interim, is there a way to get the back up camera operational? I understand that the surround view backup camera and standard backup camera are different and can replace as necessary
