Anyone have tail light issues?

Wednesday night I saw that my driver side tail light was out, brake light still worked. Haven't had time to look at it with my work schedule. Took my wife SUV to work tonight and she came by in the truck and brought me a sandwich and an ice tea. When she drove away I noticed I didn't have any tail lights at all, but my brake lights still work.

Since I am at work I haven't had a chance to diagnose anything, so I am wondering if anyone else has had issues with their tail lights and can offer any suggestions. It is strange to me that both are out at this point.

Check the fuses to make sure all of your fuses are seated it may be a coincidence that both bulbs happened to go out around the same time, its not uncommon to see in imports actually once one bulb goes a few seem to to shortly after for some odd reason.

Bulb is probably burnt out. Might want to try changing it first.

Fuses were fine. Both bulbs were bad. Just the tail light part of them. Crazy that both went out within days of each other. I replaced them with LED bulbs for an extra $8 over the OEM.

Glad it wasn’t a larger issue. Thank you for the replies.
