Hello, are the front tow hooks/rings mounted on the 2500 Power wagon suitable for flat towing it behind an RV, when proper flat towing arrangement is fitted, of course? I was told that power wagon cannot be flat towed because of the winch which prevent from the towing plate from being fitted…is this correct?
